 Founded in January 2006 Solution now proudly find themselves as being one of the most rapidly expanding and respected recruitment organisations within the built environment.
Our presence within technical recruitment is driven by four Directors, who all met whilst working within the built environment. They all demonstrate a passion for delivering a high quality and time efficient service, which has enabled them to secure long term trusting relationships with  both clients and candidates.
The Directors experience has seen them work for some of the UK's leading recruitment organisations and management contractors, where all have been leading recruiters in their chosen discipline and have been awarded many prestigious titles for their recruitment skills, knowledge and understanding.
